To get a QcaS quote

  1. Enter your transaction type (sale or purchase) and the estimated purchase/sale price
  2. Select whether a mortgage will be involved in the transaction
  3. Select whether or not the property is leasehold
  4. Press the QCAS quote button
  5. If you have more than one transaction please follow these instructions separately for each transaction
